Option Two
Most dentist advise that professional take home whitening kits are proven to give great results. These take home kits consists of an easy to use low-concentration peroxide gel. The gel is applied to the teeth using custom-made bleaching trays—more like mouth guards, and letting it stay for an hour or maybe overnight.
Option Three
The most convenient and the cheapest of the teeth whitening options. Over the counter bleaching kits consists of a bleaching gel with a very low concentration of whitening gel. The gel is applied to the teeth by using standard size bleaching tray.
